If more than one location is needed please understand ther will be a travel fee added on after checkout depending on mileage and distance, unless client covers travel. When shooting in locations where parking is a premium or events require entry fees, rest assured, those costs are seamlessly integrated into your tab. Meaning you'll be paying for my parking and entry fee if needed to fulfill your shoot. If the shoot is more than 25-30 miles from base , Travel Charge Enforced. But that's not all – every session comes with a complimentary reel or video, ensuring your memories are not just frozen in time but brought to life. Pricing is designed to suit your needs: opt for the complete session with all raw files for just $50, or indulge in single photo edits for only $10 per image. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Thank you for considering our photography service for your needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please review our booking policy: 1. **Payment Requirement**: All fees associated with your booking must be paid upfront. This includes the base shoot fee, any additional charges such as parking or event entry fees, and potential expedition fees. 2. **Booking Deadline**: Bookings must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot. This allows us to adequately prepare for your session and ensure everything is in order. 3. **Late Bookings**: The latest time to make a booking is 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Any bookings made after this deadline will be subject to a late booking fee, determined by the location and time constraints of the shoot. 4. **Refund Policy**: Failure to pay upfront or book within the specified deadlines will result in the inability to secure our services for that particular time slot. Any money already paid will be refunded, and the service will not be granted. 5. **Late Arrival Policy**: A $30 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled shoot. If the delay exceeds one hour, the booking will be automatically canceled, and no deposit will be available for refund. 6. **Rescheduling Policy**: Rescheduling a shoot under 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 add-on fee. 7. **Travel Fees**: Additional travel fees will be added if the shoot location is 30 miles or more from our base. These fees will be determined based on the distance and added to your total booking cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy.
